Frank Credentials/ Handler Achievements Frank has also been directly involved in his clients being able to put titles on their Dogs. At this time he has helped over 30 of his client’s title their dogs in multiple dog sports, including a few French ring champions. In 2007 he was the team captain for the USA team that competed in the coupe intercontinental.
